Rex took the time to work closely with us, and revised his first plans following our input whilst carefully explaining what was possible and what is not within the constraints of Building Control and our budget. Rex understands the local area very well and has therefore given invaluable advice on design considerations that we couldn't have known or anticipated otherwise. We have ended up with very clear plans for a unique loft conversion that has now been awarded planning permission. I also had the benefit of help in finding a selection trustworthy companies to carry out the work, and can feel confident of a great addition to our home thanks to Rex.

Rex has just finished overseeing the construction of a sizeable kitchen extension, complete with ceiling lantern windows and bi fold doors. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the result and impressed with the professionalism shown by Rex throughout the process. There are many architects who will draw plans and submit for Planning Permission, but there are considerably fewer who will also tender for building contracts and manage the contracts throughout, including keeping an eye on costs and quality which we lay people would not understand. We totally recommend him for any project requiring these skills.
