This is just to say a very big
thank you for the excellent plans you drew up
for us at our mother/mother-in-law's house.
We were delighted with the result
and so was our mother/mother-in-law when she returned
from hospital. Our relatives from abroad were
also very impressed with the quality and standard
of the downstairs conversion.
We also appreciated the extra
efforts you made to help us ensure the plans ready
and the work was completed in time for the return
of our mother/mother-in-law from hospital.
Without your expert advise and
keen eye for detail I am sure we would not be
nearly as pleased with the downstairs conversion.
So thank you once again for your
hard work and imaginative solution to our problem.

Thank you for sending the Final Certificate for
the building project undertaken at our home.
This was a substantial project and you know that
we are both genuinely delighted with the result.
The house has been transformed from a bland fifties
building to a stunning property with great eye
appeal. We love it.
Your work and effort on this project has been
outstanding.
Not only that, we have been particularly impressed
by your attitude and attention to detail on all
aspects of the job and nothing has ever appeared
